1. Who we are
Click Automations ("Click"), a business based in the Kingdom of Bahrain (contact: clickautomationbh@gmail.com), provides ready-made AI automations to businesses ("you"). Company registration details will be added here once registration is complete. These terms apply when you use this website or buy an automation.
2. What we provide
Each automation's page describes what it does, its price, setup time and what you need to provide. Automations marked "Coming soon" are not available yet; joining a waitlist or paying a reservation deposit does not create a subscription.
3. Prices, VAT and usage costs
Prices are in Bahraini Dinars (BHD). Click is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. If that changes, VAT will be added and shown on its own line, and we will tell you before your next payment. Messaging (for example WhatsApp) and AI usage have per-message costs: plans include an amount each month and anything above it is billed at cost plus 10%, itemised on your invoice.
4. Reservation deposits
A reservation deposit (BHD 20.000) is fully refundable on request until the automation launches, and is credited against your first payment if you buy it.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard with one click and one confirmation. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Setup fees are not refunded once setup is complete.
6. Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information about your business, use automations lawfully (including WhatsApp's policies and Bahrain's data-protection law) and only message people who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you.
7. Automated replies
Automations use AI and can make mistakes. They are designed to ask instead of guess and to hand conversations to a person when needed. You remain responsible for your services and decisions.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, except where the law does not allow such limits.
9. Changes and law
We will tell you about material changes to these terms in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Arabic version prevails if the two versions differ.
